Sam, Sean and Mark did a top-class job in replacing our entire central heating system (radiators, pipework, boiler installation and conversion). It was a complex job in our 100 year old house as we wanted to leave the kitchen floor undamaged and the team did a great job in coming up with easy solutions. They worked very quickly and efficiently and completed the whole project in just over two days. We were impressed with their skill and attention to detail/quality while also being very friendly, reliable and tidying up perfectly. They were also really great with Covid distancing/mask wearing which we really appreciated. And very good with our mad dog! Thanks guys. We look forward to having you back for the next job. He is thoughtful in his approach and listens, reconfirms that he understands what is required to complete the job to the customer's satisfaction (in this case my satisfaction ) He will also offer alternate suggestions which may be helpful. Luke prices fairly and competitively . I was delighted with his work and he checked out his work as he progressed and that the work was to my satisfaction. We were quoted £85 to remove a radiator and re fill the system, this is exactly what Kevin did but due to the amount of time it took to re fill the system we were charged £200, the next time I use my builder I will ask for a fixed quote, however pleased with the completed job.
