I urgently needed a boiler removed ahead of a plasterer coming. Steve pulled out all the stops to make that happen for which I was very grateful. Then once the other work was completed he returned to put in a new boiler in a different place. He asked all the right questions about what was going where with the works that are still to be done and not only did he put in the boiler but sorted the stopcock and pipework for everything else that’s needed too. Amazing. What a star. His workmanship, professionalism, reliability and customer service are excellent. I can’t recommend him enough.

I have no issue with the quality of the work performed, just the cost of this work. It’s my fault for not asking for a quote before the work was performed, I will remember that in future. I am comparing the cost of this work with previous radiator replacements that we have undertaken when we have decorated different rooms in the house. I was just very disappointed that I was invoiced £500 labour costs, for about 2 hours work which my wife and I felt was far too much for elective, not emergency, out-of-hours work! That is why the rating is low because we feel the price we had to pay was completely unfair for the work performed. We had already purchased the two radiators and TRV valves. Sorry, but this is just how we feel.
