He consulted on choices and pointed out decisions as he went. When he had finished, he cleared away and took away the rubble we agreed. I would highly recommend Greg (Penco Builders) for any work you're considering. His team worked like trojans ensuring very tight deadlines are adhered to at the highest standard. The only thing I regret is not finding Greg earlier to help me with my drawings and visual concepts. When I first started out I hired an architect to do this for me so the builder knew immediately what was required. The architect was a complete waste of time not listening to the brief or budget or visually demonstrating what the finished concept might look like. When I met Greg within 24-48hrs he amended my drawings to exactly what I wanted and more importantly suggested realistic ideas to make it even better!!
