Mr Hampton was efficient and helpful . He had to come on 2 dates before and after decorator had completed and was courteous at all times even when a difficulty arose which led to an unanticipated prolonged visit. He resolved the problem and the radiators are working perfectly. I definitely recommend him for his patience and expertise

Gerry and Jerry turned our ugly duckling of a house into a beautiful modern home, what more can I say!! They supported and mentored us every step of the way during the mammoth task of renovating a derelict house into our now superb family home. They succeeded in transforming the property into an absolute wow house for us and the family. We had everything refurbished from a perfectly fitted toilet fitted under the stairs, a newly fitted fabulous kitchen installed with every mod-con we required, new electrics and plumbing throughout, all the ceilings removed and replaced, damp eradicated from the property, a fantastic family bathroom fitted, and to top it all wonderful modern glass extension built with finesse which is now the heart of our home. The quotation was four A4 pages long which detailed every specification of the works line by line so we knew exactly what was being undertaken. We had regular clear communication and prompt timing throughout the project, and we are now currently being guided by them through the authority’s planning process to secure planning permission for a loft conversion. I would have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Gerry and Jerry; they will be your project keepers helping turn your dream into reality.

He is thoughtful in his approach and listens, reconfirms that he understands what is required to complete the job to the customer's satisfaction (in this case my satisfaction ) He will also offer alternate suggestions which may be helpful. Luke prices fairly and competitively . I was delighted with his work and he checked out his work as he progressed and that the work was to my satisfaction. I am delighted and grateful that the work was indeed done to my satisfaction. He is also prepared to ' listen ' ??? ... to background chatter ( noise ) !!!!!... Came and discussed the works as agreed. It went downhill from there and I wouldn't hire Daniel again. I felt like I was being blinded by science talking to him, however I've done most of my own plumbing for the last twenty years, so there wasn't much I didn't know. It's fun playing the idiot that has no idea that I know more than I make out!! I requested that only the good old copper and solder joints are used, but, solder joints were only used on the ones I could see. Once I lifted the floorboards he took up and checked on his work, it was all pushfit. How refreshing and what a surprise! I also found out afterwards that he was offering to do errands for other tradesmen onsite the same day. I don't like paying over the odds for something, but it seems like I might have done if he had time to carry out errands for others in the time I paid for him to be onsite.
