Nasa turned up when he said he would, and got cracked on. He had to do some remedial work first for future safety, an added cost but was aware this could happen. He was very pleasant and patient with my elderly mother. I would recomend his services to anyone, and finally he cleaned up completely. Very happy with the work, worth every penny
