Lee was really knowledgeable and made great recommendations to improve not just our decking, but our garden with the least expense. Tom did a complete makeover of my back garden. It is exactly what I asked for and great value for money. Quality of work is great and he's a very tidy worker. Everything cleared away each night so the garden was safe and usable. Tom and Ian are really hard workers, always on time and straight to work barely stopping even to eat. Both were very approachable and any minor adjustments were discussed with me before being done. I highly reccomend them and will use them again if I need work done in future.

We needed our Upvc porch changing into a bricked front with our hallway opened out to create a lighter and more modern finish to our house. Tom from T&C Development was superb. He gave a detailed, fair quote and set out a timeline from estimated start date through to completion. His workmanship was excellent and he was very timely, cleaning up at the end of each day. He was very personable and clearly had a very knowledgeable understanding of his trade. His plasterer and electrician also worked to a very high standard. I completely lost faith in builders but Robert has totally restored it. I contracted him to do a hand rail and stairs, his level of professionalism, punctuality and attention to detail has meant that he has was given tasks to fit my engineered wood floor, skirting, doors and architraves for my entire house. I have since also added fitting my kitchen to the list and designing fittings for storage under my stair case and front room. I would highly Robert to my friends, family and to you because he is a man of his word and he takes pride in doing excellent work. He is one I believe of very few in his trade that places himself in the shoes of his clients.
