Highly recommended. The job spec had to change from original request because of building/ fire regs. Dom was very patient, came up with solutions and has done first stage of task by removing old decking etc. He is prompt, polite and very efficient. Also reasonable price. Darren was very professional and the charge was very reasonable for the job he undertook. He arrived at the stated time and worked throughout the first day removing the current decking, which he stacked ready for the waste skip, and laying the frame for the new one. On the second day he again arrived at time as stated and worked very hard to complete the job to a very high standard. He was cheerful and helpful in that he returned to place the remains of the old decking into the skip and it was at no extra cost. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. I recently hired Juliano and his team to renovate my two balconies, including repainting the railings and replacing the decking. They exceeded my expectations! The quote was fair, and they patiently waited for ideal weather to start the painting first, ensuring the best result. The team worked diligently and with remarkable attention to detail, replacing the old wooden supports—some of which were extremely rotted—and installing new composite decking. The transformation is incredible; the balconies look fantastic and are now safe to use. I highly recommend Juliano and his team for any renovation projects. I’ll definitely be inviting them back to tackle my roof terrace, likely next year!
