I came across Scott after being quoted by a couple of other defra fitters from another source who both ended up letting me down. Scotts communication was A star. He always communicated well. His quote was pretty good. I have had the stove fitted but it is too warm to enjoy it yet. It is fitted in very neatly and looks quite stylish. All in all I was very impressed with the service and with Scott and his team. From start to finish, communication was excellent — everything was clearly explained and all our questions were answered promptly. Mike and his team were punctual, arriving exactly when they said they would, and the quote provided was very competitive compared to others we received. The quality of the work was outstanding. You can tell they take real pride in what they do, and the results speak for themselves. They also made sure everything was left clean and tidy afterwards, which we really appreciated. Fireplace services and fitting trading for over 20yrs. Fireplaces gas fires hole in the wall fires electric fires we fit them all gas safe registered. Not sure where to buy we can point you in the right direction. We do it all flue liners chimney pot cowls capps. Quote just to install was over £250 more then another company and company who they recommended to have the fire place purchased from had zero interest and wasn’t customer caring in my personal opinion. Was actually over charging me as well which wasn’t right considering the journey I had made to them. He stripped out an old back-boiler, fitted a new boiler, complete set of new radiators and completely new plumbing, all for a very reasonable price.
