Felix and his team completed our driveway using block paving. While the overall workmanship was satisfactory, they made a mistake by placing the wrong colour blocks in the wrong row, which was clearly noticeable. When I raised the issue, Felix acknowledged the mistake and asked for full payment , assuring me that he would return to fix it. Unfortunately, it’s now been over six months, and he has not come back to resolve the issue. Despite multiple attempts to contact him, he has been ignoring all my messages. This lack of accountability and poor aftercare has been very disappointing. I trusted him to keep his word, but that trust has been broken. Hired as I wanted my driveway doing and also my fencing. Wanted to see how they got on with the fencing first before getting them to do my driveway. Did the job to about 90%, didn't replace my last fence post leaving my property open leading onto a public footpath for the last three months. Also didn't come back to fix a wonky fance post so now it just flaps in the wind. Gave them ample time to come back and finish the job but they haven't contacted me in weeks now. Definitely don't pay until the job is done like I did. Will update this rating if they ever come back to finish the job, so if you're reading this then the job hasn't been done. Obviously haven't hired them for my driveway.

I was very impressed with the new patio installed by Modish Construction. Mahdi and his Brother provided a free quote and booked the job promptly. The team removed our old, rotting decking, cleared the rubbish underneath, and even resolved a damp issue at the back of the house. They built a beautiful new patio with a brick feature flowerbed in just three days, using high-quality materials and ensuring proper drainage. They also helped move our furniture back once the patio was ready.
