Absolute disgrace of a tradesman!! After I phoned & confirmed job was told no problem I will see you Tuesday, Tuesday came and he turned up 1hr late (good start) got ladder, pva glue, dust sheet out of van started brushing on pva and then once my partner was busy in kitchen he packed up (quiet as a mouse) and left without saying a word. Marc responded very quickly to my search for someone to replace an area of decking and a fence and came out the next day to assess the jobs. By the following day I had a quote for the work, which I accepted. There were some slight delays, caused mainly by the weather and the difficulty in sourcing materials, but even so the job was completed to our satisfaction within a month. When I raised the possibility of making a small change to the deck (after it was completed), Marc immediately offered to come back and do it. (In the end, we decided not to make the change.)
