Excellent from start to finish (almost). I say almost because there is a job they couldn't quite complete due to a roof leak 🙈. They are coming back to do the remaining job when the roof is repaired. John's a very nice decent man who won't add work to make money and can do almost anything (except roofing 😂). The people he brings to work with him are also knowledgeable and lovely. A few ugly extras reared their head during the process (extra damp) and it was dealt with by them without stressing me out. I have recommended them to my sister and I will have then back when I move later in the year. Owain was brilliant, he arrived at the time he said, was a pleasure to have in the house, wore his mask at all times and true to his word was very tidy and cleared up at the end of the day. He was very professional and the best thing of all was that he did a splendid job and our bathroom looks amazing.
