Marc's approach was very professional. He quoted for all options and suggested the best possible course which I happily accepted. When the work was carried out he was very quick but very professional and the result is a delight - better than I could have hoped for. Richard is obviously very passionate about his work and is very knowledgeable and talented. I had three bedroom floors replaced from carpet to laminate one of the bedroom’s subfloor was in a very creaky state he took this on whilst others wanted to run. The results are fantastic.
