Large area of decking replaced with composite. Challenging job as on a steep hill. Despite it turning out to be more work than expected, Dom kept us informed at each step and maintained the price within our budget. Honest, professional, and reasonably priced. Despite an initial positive impression, the job has still not been not been started and Andrew has not responded since 30 May. When he came to look at the job, Andrew was friendly and professional, gave a competitive quote and communication was initially good. The job was accepted on 10 April. He made me aware that he had accepted 11 jobs so would need to work out timescales. I was lead to believe the fence would probably be done should be within 6 weeks or so which wasn't a problem for me. I contacted Andrew periodically for an update and received his replies promptly. He advised on 14 May that the panels had been ordered and hoped to be with me by the following week. On 30 May he said he would chase the panels as there had been an issue with the supply. SInce then, I have been unable to contact Andrew and despite leaving 2 voicemails, 2 emails, a message on Mybuilder and a text since 30 May. I have heard nothing. I am therefore left with a broken fence, having to presume that he will not be completing the job, wondering why he didn't have the courtesy to let me know. If the panels were unavailable, surely it would have been easy enough to let me know and I could have chosen another. Proceed with caution...Latest review:Fencing- - JoinerDecking Installer in Brough
