Shaun popped round to check out the job when he said he would. The tiles had to be ordered so he rang me later with a definite price. We agreed a day for the work to be completed but it had to be changed as the tiles hadn't been delivered. He kept me informed throughout (despite an issue with my phone number), arrived on time and did a quick, efficient and reasonably priced job. Garry even got us some fine weather to complete the fantastic work along with some added extras that were the icing on the cake.
