I explained the job further & the fixtures & fittings I had purchased & the condition of the existing door frames. It was if he could read my mind. I immediately offered him the job & arranged a start date & price. When he showed up I knew I made the right choice in hiring him. His knowledge of how to solve some very difficult problems was very impressive. He explained how long it would take & true to his word he finished on the day & practically to the minute of when he said he would finish. From the very first communication, he was super responsive, which made us feel confident that we were in good hands. He was great about keeping to the schedule, showed up on time, and was really friendly and easy to work with. What really impressed us was how professional he was throughout the whole process. He clearly knew his stuff and took the time to make sure everything was done right. Our staircase is now in fantastic shape, no more creaks, and it feels really solid. We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. Honestly, we can't recommend Ollie enough. If you’re looking for someone who’s reliable and does top-notch work, he’s your guy.
