There was never no. Whenever I came up with a new idea - no matter how small and simple or creative and complicated - he never said no, rather investigated how best to achieve it. Every time. As well as technical expertise, Bill also has an encyclopaedic knowledge of design. Also — I’m in disbelief at how fast he works, from concepting and designing to building and delivering within weeks!! What most impressed me was Ben taking the time to sit down with me (for nearly an hour) and go over my requirements in depth before I'd even engaged him. Ben also has a network of other trades he works with who he engaged for other parts of the job. Again, they were all excellent people who I wouldn't hesitate to use again.
