I am so pleased with the work that Rob has done with my new staircase and flooring. They are outstanding. He work continuously while he was here to complete the job. I had to put the work back a week as some other work I was having done was not completed. That was not a problem he still accommodated me the following week. Very reliable, turned up on time and cleaned up after the job had been done. I would definitely use Rob again and cannot recommend him highly enough. Thanks Rob for a fantastic job

Some good points, some bad. Jobs crossed over which meant mine was delayed and he kept disappearing to sort problems with another job. This made me late starting to trade from that building. Only put ceiling on the office and none of the other rooms leaving all cabling/electrics bare. Added extra on at the end of the job for electrics. Used ready fixed concrete plinths(?) to run ceilings from which meant the walls were too high. This made the 2nd tier useless due to there being only just over 5' before you hit your head on the ceiling. Very expensive when taking the value of the materials and time taken into consideration. Nice guy but would not use him again. My advice... get everything drawn up and in writing! This is my second time using mybuilder and my last. It is full of cowboys and when reported, mybuilder do NOTHING about it!!

Almost indescribable how Joe left my house. He is refusing to return calls and has left damage and an incredible mess. Leave well alone, it is not worth the risk. His behaviour and what I can only consider deliberate destruction, has been disgusting and I will be taking legal action to reclaim damages.
