Unprofessional and discourteous. Accepted my invitation to quote. Agreed a date and time to attend to quote. I rushed home from work to be available for the meeting. Trader didnt turn up. I sent an SMS messaged to query. No response. I sent a message on this platform to query. No response. No message to cancel. No message to apologise and explain. No courtesy. No respect for peoples time. Be mindful of this when selecting GC Home Improvement. In my experience, this kind of disregard can sometimes translate into similar disregard when it comes to workmanship.

I had Stephen do many jobs for me, complete bathroom renovation, complete kitchen renovation, spiral staircase up into attic room creating beautiful underneath for storage, all which he designed himself. He plastered many walls and ceilings and laying wood flooring in my living area and replacing many doors. The work Stephen has carried out for me is outstanding, he is very professional in all duties of work. He is a very reliable worker, always on time and never missed a day. He is also a very clean worker which is important when customers are still using they homes to live In while work is being caried out. I would definitely recommend Stephen and will be using him myself in the future.

I couldn't have asked for better really. Communication across the 2 weeks was spot on, he rang every few days and gave me video updates. I had 4 fire doors fitted, skirting and flooring about 48m². Would definitely recommend using him for anyone else in the Swansea area and wouldn't hesitate getting him to do further property work. Overall, decent bloke and very easy to work with.
