Great communication. Came out straight away on a Bank Holiday. Was very polite and got straight to work to source the leak. He was honest and said that the roof wasn't the source of the leak. I tried to offer some money for coming out and investigating which involved going up a ladder but he refused. He told us what the source was which has eased our mind and we know what next steps are.
