Very pleased with the work done. The site was left tidy and considering that the rubbish had to be brought through the house, there was just the occasional leaf left behind - less than my dogs bring in when they've been rummaging in the garden! Highly recommended - friendly, professional, and really knows his stuff. Every job that Craig completed for me has been carried out to an exceptionally high standard. Excellent communication throughout, and was an absolute dream to work with. The follow-up quality check was an added bonus; Craig came back to the house to review the completed work and made good some parts that he wasn't 100% happy with, even though I hadn't noticed them. He even picked up a couple of additional odd jobs for me while he was there. I can work anywhere between South Wales (Port Talbot to Newport) and the South West (Bristol and Bath) This is because I split my time between the farm in Wales and the canal boat on the Avon and Kennet canal. If your garden is very overgrown I am your woman, I love a challenge! I can wrestle an unruly garden with gusto. Turn it from messy to majestic in the blink of an eye. If you need regular maintenance and care I am also your woman! I love to tend and care from an already beautiful established garden and will treat it with respect. If you would like help re-designing your garden and some landscaping, I can also help with that, I have a background in art and design as well as experience with garden design. The standard of work was abysmal. The photos in the photo gallery must have been taken from someone else's site. Catalogue of errors. Where do I start. - Failed to follow the instructions on boarding the ceiling, instead boxing off part of the room. - Much of the insulation was removed, - The boards were not properly screwed down, leaving unlevelled floor board, with dips and rises in the floor. - Both the flooring and ceiling boards had gaps, which were filled with foam. - The work caused cracks in the ceiling below. - The original fitted loft door was cut. This was cut short. Then repaired by putting another piece of wood on top. The loft door is now two pieces of board stuck together, which is unsightly to look at. -Since the "job" was done the loft door does not stay closed, as the lock was not properly fitted probably due to the loft door not fitting. -The ladder is flimsy, the cheapest on the market. As the loft is high I have been told that the ladder is inadequate. I requested the receipt to return it. The receipt was sent to me after the 30 days that the ladder was purchased. The shop were it was brought refused to take it back as it was outside the refund period. The flooring is so bad it has to be boarded over, which is an additional cost. The plasterer had to screw down boards before he could start plastering.Latest review:Carpentry-
