Fab service did patio for us outside our French doors leading onto the new patio Dan is great to deal with never too much trouble to contact and reply , I work shifts and message him at stupid hours but always had a reply even though I felt terrible messaging The patio was made with Indian sandstone recommended by Dan because of the style and colour of our house The job was done over the weekend always on time and always had time for any questions or concerns but we had none Would highly recommended and Dan is now quoting for the reseal of our large driveway to which I will have done with him If you want a fair price and excellent work and advice then I would not go anywhere else Cheers Dan and his team for the patio Pleasure meeting you guys Jays & Jo Margam Port Talbot

He turned up on the day he said. A little bit later than expected as he had to go get some materials to do the job. The 2 boys were polite and friendly. They stayed late trying to finish the job as quickly as possible. They worked very hard to do some digging, cerment etc. They done their best with what was here and what they had to go get to do the job. Overall I am happy with the outcome of the area. Thank you for coming like you said, unlike a few other people who had let me down. I will contact you again when needed next. Denis was friendly and very amenable. He did the work efficiently with a good deal of attention to detail. The job changed slightly as it progressed and adapted easily. Chris is a very creative carpenter. He’s punctual, he’s a clean and tidy worker and he’s extremely polite and flexible. We’ve got a busy family and work life and Chris worked with us really well, the kids still ask us where he’s gone! Chris is really approachable, he made us an amazing play area for our daughters, and because we were working ‘off plan’ as it were, Chris was really easy going, he interpreted our ideas and transformed them into an absolutely fantastic jungle gym. There was no issue he wasn’t able to overcome. He made beautiful wooden shelves for our daughters’ bedrooms, he totally understood that we like the rustic look and we trusted him to run with it and it paid off, they’re just what we had in mind. We can highly recommend using Chris. He is completely upfront about payments, no hidden charges, everything itemised and we felt in total control of how the project was going.
