After discussions r.e prices, dates..., I hired him. I bought the worktop and on the day of the installation, he called me to say that he wouldn't be able to come as he has a family problem. I was left with the the big worktop ( 4m!!) lying in the sitting room, blocking everything and trying to find somebody else .
