I hired Martyn and his team to cut in a roof on a new build as well as felt batten and tile. They also renewed the roof of an existing property too. Initial contact was easy, Martyn visited the property to see what the job entailed and promised me a quote within a few days - which came in good time. Martyn and his team started when they said they would and kept to timescales and budget. Communication was excellent and they turned up exactly when they said they would. The team were respectful and really nice chaps. The job was finished to a very good standard and I'm really pleased. I would not hesitate to recommend Cutworx to family and friends! Thanks guys!

Very pleased with our new bathroom and wallpapering of top floor bedroom. Perhaps the job could have run slightly faster, however William's extensive experience and ability to problem solve meant we were confident to let him crack on, and the finished result is excellent. Thoroughly recommend.

Darren did a great job fitting an engineered oak floor in our living room. He was great at communicating with us at all times and was happy and helpful in answering any questions we had. He arrived on time each day and worked in a clean, tidy and organised manner. Any issues that arose were swiftly dealt with. The finished job is beautiful. I have no hesitation in recommending Darren to others and would happily invite him back to carry out further work.

I have an interest in resin and can coat any surface patterned or plain, like worktops, table tops and floors, which gives an ultra gloss / mirror finnish.

Rob Workman IS a master craftsman. I know it says so in writing. But now that our extensive rebuild and extensions are complete, we have seen it with our own eyes as our project unfolded. Rob took our falling down, damp, mouldy, unattractive bungalow and gave us back the keys to what more than one visitor has described as a ‘Grand Designs’ and stunning modern home that meets the highest grade of eco builds. As well as working with meticulous care & always remeasuring twice ‘just to make sure’, Rob proved himself to be good at tackling the challenges & curve balls that doing up a house is always going to throw up. Our roof, and two of the walls, proved to be insubstantial to the point of dangerous. Rob worked hard to find a cost-effective solution which met the approval of the building inspector and structural engineers. As well as Rob working on site, he brought Matt and Josh who were the epitome of polite, careful workers whose own professionalism at everything from groundwork, brickwork roofing & much else besides was a pleasure to see. Other contractors who Rob brought in - such as Simon Stadden Windows - produced great quality work to complement that of the main team. We are than pleased with the work done, with the timeliness of the work, with the price, with the tidiness of the team, and above all with the gorgeous, solid house they have left behind for us. We can recommend Rob and his team unconditionally to those looking for builders.
