We hired Sonny to carry out a 3-day shower renovation. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and left us in a very difficult position. After completing just one day of work, Sonny sent an invoice for £900 - significantly more than we had agreed in advance. When I raised concerns and requested a phone call to discuss and try to resolve the issue, he refused all communication and did not return to finish the job. This left the shower completely dismantled and our clients understandably upset. (See attached photo of how the site was left.) Despite not completing the work and refusing any communication on the matter, Sonny has since sent a series of aggressive and threatening messages demanding payment. The situation he left us in was worse than if no work had been done at all. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend his services.

Wonderful service by MAJC PROPERTY SERVICES , the job was completed to my entire satisfaction ( bathroom update ) . They were both very polite and friendly . Kelly plumbing and heating were able to take on a complete bathroom installation for me and did particularly well with regard to: 1. Timekeeping. These guys turned up on time to quote and on time to do the job. 2. Problem Solving. They met a couple of unexpected issues along the way and were able to suggest workarounds and generally offer constructive advice. They stopped the project stalling and I'm really pleased with the results. 3. Advice. They offered some solid advice about suppliers and did their best to save me a couple of quid where possible. 4. Sourcing other trades. I didn't have to worry about hiring a carpenter, a plasterer or an electrician. I also didn't have to deal with getting them access to the property. 5. I've ended up with pretty much what I wanted at pretty much the price we originally agreed. There were some changes along the way but nothing unreasonable and no nasty surprises at the end. I'm really please I took the time to read Jamie's feedback and even Googled him to make sure we were making the right decision, and with Jamie's quote being very competitive we had to have him :) We hired Jamie to fit shower, tile walls, floor and he also ended up fitting bathroom mirror with light and a rather tricky bath panel (sorry about that). Jamie took it all in his stride, nothing was too much trouble. He kept us fully informed though out the week and a bit he was with us, and I fail to see how it could have gone better. And as others have mentioned, we didn't have an issue leaving Jamie with a key. Wife loves the new bathroom so much, and would use Jamie again without doubt. Callum completed an unfinished job by another tradesman, in the attic. The room was left with a lot of decoration works to complete and some minor carpentry. Callum had been flexible and trustworthy throughout. He is very conscientious of his work and the customer. He is polite and friendly and a quiet worker too which is quite relaxing nowadays! He can be helpful with advice.
