Get in touchFrom the very first contact with Graham we were so impressed with his professionalism and his friendly, kind and caring manner. We’d never done anything like this before so were a bit nervous but Graham made us feel that we were in safe and experienced hands. He had loads of ideas and suggestions to help make our ideas and plans become something real, even some of our more ‘out there’ ideas were received with a practical ‘ok let’s make this work’. This isn’t just a job to him he really cares about doing the best for you and your family and helping you make your dream a reality. He’s got a team of lovely hard working lads who felt like part of the family by the end of the build and we miss having them around. Our extension has transformed our house and the way we live in it. We can’t thank Graham and the team enough for all their hard work and if anyone considering using him for work wants to come see what an amazing job they did we’d be delighted to help G.

Rating: 5 out of 5 5521 reviewsGet in touchDefinitely would recommend Rob - he built us a big garden room and knocked through our kitchen/dining room/utility. Lots of steels involved. Rob organised all the trades who were also very good, clean, courteous and professional. The job entailed Kitchen (new) - knock through, chimney steel support, central room steel support, electrics, plumbing, additional radiators, plastering, bricking up. I also had a new kitchen installed and laminate laid which Rob worked with. Garden Room (new - 4x9m permissive build) - 1 wall, goal post 9m steels for big sliding doors, end window, roof with 4 2x1m roof lights. screed floor ready for tiling, radon sump, electrics, radiators and tap. Patio area (new) - Rob laid a large area with Indian grey sand stone pavers - looks great. He also organised a specialist stone mason to build a replica dry stone retaining wall onto the main garden. For us we worked to a pre-arranged quote where I paid the materials that he listed in 3 stages and Rob billed his time every few weeks, the additional trades billed separately. I felt completely safe leaving Rob and his team with the house open all day while he was there and I was mainly at work, corresponding on text mainly. All snagging items were cleared up in the last week with no quibbles.
