I would highly recommend Patrick. He is punctual, hard-working and delivered exactly upon the brief given for the creation of a large cupboard around a heating unit. We hit a unexpected snag with the door, but he was able to work around this and come up with a solution that worked. Marc fitted our whole kitchen and wood tops, he also fitted our laminate flooring and skirting boards. Marc worked hard at our kitchen and made a fantastic job of the cut out I asked for the sink. he was very efficient and really helpful with after care information. We hired Sonny to carry out a 3-day shower renovation. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and left us in a very difficult position. After completing just one day of work, Sonny sent an invoice for £900 - significantly more than we had agreed in advance. When I raised concerns and requested a phone call to discuss and try to resolve the issue, he refused all communication and did not return to finish the job. This left the shower completely dismantled and our clients understandably upset. (See attached photo of how the site was left.) Despite not completing the work and refusing any communication on the matter, Sonny has since sent a series of aggressive and threatening messages demanding payment. The situation he left us in was worse than if no work had been done at all. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend his services.
