Stephen came to view the work and provided a quote. He came within a couple of days to carry out the work. He found further issues and completed them as he went along. Both showers are now regrouted and resealed. Would definitely use Stephen again.

It's a great pleasure and a relief when you appoint workmen to a job and you come home to find the work they have done is superb quality. I appointed IPS to the job because I trusted them. They were pleasant and appeared professional. They listened, had an eye for details and I felt I was in good hands. Which is what you want. Their communications were very good. |They arrived in good time and reviewed all aspects of the job before commencing work. They also made some helpful suggestions, doing all that we wanted and improving some things beyond what we had considered. They sourced gate furniture for us and it was good quality and looked just right for the setting (good judgment). Most of all, the quality of the build is excellent. Solid and good-looking. Dan called to look at the job and then provided a quote via email. He arrived on time and got straight on with the work, and the finished job looks really great. We also had a discussion around how best to look after the regrouted tiles moving forward. Dan is tidy, efficient and very professional. He is also great at the customer service side of things, keeping in touch, doing the work and providing paperwork to time and as agreed. I would definitely recommend.
