David has just finished two jobs for us, insulation of an upstairs bedroom and damp downstairs. We are super pleased with the jobs undertaken, David is really knowledgable in his field, and explains the process each step of the way. Really tidy whilst working and afterwards, and the whole process went well with the least amount of disruption. Invaluable to find someone who knows their stuff, turns up when they say they will, and a good price.. Met Lee at my new home, very friendly guy, did a thorough check throughout my house, pointing out any issues I had and explaining them to me in a way I understood, along with asking for email to send a full diagnosis through. Lee got in touch and booked in with me quickly which was a lifesaver as my project is time sensitive, so that was much appreciated! Great communication to begin with, straight to the point. Kyle came in in person to see the job need doing, everything was discussed and he was straight on it after everything was agreed. Price was perfect, job done quicker than originally estimated, which was very handy. However on more thorough inspection an issue was discovered. I got back in touch with Kyle and he promised to call in to have a look next week, that was February 14th and I've been ignored since. Messages unread, emails upreplied. Complete silence. Phil fixed the problem exactly as he said he would. He came on time and was finished in the timescale he gave us. Even though it was a job that made a fair bit of mess (waste, plaster etc) he cleaned up and made sure he protected our carpets etc. Thank you!

I had rain water pouring in through my cellar wall and Michael came and told me what needs doing and gave me a quote and a few days later I hired him and he did the job the following week and it's a cracking job if I may say so myself.
