We highly recommend James. He completed the stair refurbishment in a day and was very efficient, polite, worked with professionalism and respect to my home. My house was left very clean and today and looking modernised. We were very impressed with James standard of work and have since hired him again to carry out an understair cupboard revamp which was carried out to the same very high standard. We will definitely use James again the future and recommend his to all.

An absolute professional who has delivered a quality service; great communication and an extremely competitive quote. Charles arrived on time, was presentable in company branded clothing and was enthusiastic to complete the job exactly to our needs. The result of his work is not only a loft that has been boarded, but a safe storage space finished with the extra care and attention of a skilled Carpenter/Joiner. Justin has been phenomenal to say the least. He prices very fairly and delivers above expectations. He is honest with great integrity and RELIABLE - making him like a rare unicorn among tradesmen these days. What I appreciate about Justin is his respect for our home as he worked and his desire to make us say “WOW” when he’s done the job - even with my very particular (/difficult) asks, (he sees it positively as a challenge). Importantly he will do all this without inflating the agreed price along the way. Justin has great attention to detail and is not a yes-man, he will provide professional advice and quality solutions if you ask him to do something that either will become a problem for you over time or won’t look right from a design perspective base on his decades of experience. Justin as a person is lovely to have around. My wife and I were even sad to see him go which is a RARITY! Normally people can’t wait for their builders to finish so they can get rid of them - this alone says a lot about Justin.

Gentjan was brilliant...Punctual, polite and professional. Competitively priced and hugely responsive to all requests. Overall he did a brilliant job. He explained everything that was going to be included in the quote and in the end everything was done to a high level. He had great attention to detail, I can’t recommend highly enough. Also, advised on work we didn't need to do - which was appreciated I am absolutely delighted with the work, Gentjan has exceeded my expectations I am so happy with the results I highly recommend and will definitely use Gentjan & his team again for all my future work.
