We had some custom built shelves and cabinets made and installed by Tom. We had a quick response for a quote and Tom was efficient and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and we were consulted at every stage. The finished result is great and we are very pleased. Tom also fitted some internal doors from us and again the job was excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to use Tom again and thoroughly recommend him.

Professional and polite, amazing guy who went above and beyond. Not an easy banisters replacement as theres not a right angle in the house. Unfortunately, I have had to edit the rating. Our bannisters broke as wasn't secured properly. Over the past few weeks we have messaged, what's app'd and called with a promise ill get back to you to get it fixed. He is now not picking up the phone calls. After service care is not great, so will not be hiring again.

This is going to be a slightly different type of review. It’s going to come in 2 different parts ( job paused due to necessary involvement of other services) Part 1. On day 1 when I made contact to obtain a quotation this company demonstrated a polite friendly and professional manner there is a family vibe with Gemma (Lee’s wife) dealing with the administrative side which leaves Lee free to provide the quotations. Lee is a very thorough talented carpenter and also displays excellent time keeping/ / very clean and tidy work area / he explains everything ensuring that you understand & are happy. Lee has had to pause work due to issues my end which he is being patient with despite it being a disruption for him. Both Gemma& Lee are being very helpful. So part 2 to follow when work resumes but so far this company is very impressive?
