He responded quickly to my advert and was easy and quick to communicate with, responding promptly to emails and phone calls. I was really impressed with the time frame he gave, fitting me in within a few days of my initial post. When the day came, he arrived promply and checked what he was doing with me before starting the job. The quality of the work cannot be faulted and he even took the time to tidy up after himself!
