I only posted the job a few days ago, Stuart responded within a couple of hours, and the next morning he was over to assess the job and gave me a quote. He quoted considerably less than others, and has already been and completed the job to a high standard. He hung two new doors, cleaned up after himself and was gone in about 3/4 hours. He is good and has very good manners and listens. He thinks about the work and does what i ask. So far he has put up a huge very heavy headboard for me by cutting a slanted piece of wood to hang it in on and fix to wall. It is perfectly positioned and level. He also has shortened the bottom of two cupboard doors very well. Next weekend he is going to mend two steps on my oak stairs. He also is going to mend a lovely old Georgian corner cupboard and hang it for me. Finally he is going to finish some fencing for me. Thank goodness there is someone available and good in the area.
