Be cautious when doing business with this company. Despite having a written agreement, they kept requesting more money than agreed, after the job had already started. While the quality of the work is good, the handling of the agreement was unprofessional.

We needed a small job done, which was to fit a new door to a horribly mis-shapen doorframe. Tom is the most down to earth and straight talking tradesman I've met and I was totally confident that he would complete the work well and at the agreed cost. Not only did he do this, but he really went out of his way to make sure that the job was to our satisfaction and kept me updated along the way. I would have no hesitation in hiring Tom for more carpentry jobs and will be doing so in the future with some big projects that I have in mind. He's trustworthy, friendly and most important of all, a skilled carpenter who loves his job.
