Needed some bespoke pieces of living room furniture/cabinets made. Its fair to say we are very, very happy with the end result. We had a overlying idea of what we wanted but Jim's professionalism was able to apply the little bits/advice to the designs that made the difference. The workmanship and attention to detail you cannot fault, the efforts to source the right materials and finishing ensured the final work looked great. Jim was always around or on the phone when we needed to speak to him, and when the team arrived to fit all were very knowledgeable, respectful and wanted to ensure a good job was completed. Inviting somebody new to make some major changes into your home is a big step, but I have a big belief that when I employ somebody it is through trust and ability, and I am glad to say all our beliefs and instincts were 110% correct. I would not hesitate to ask Jim and his Finesse team to do other works for me, along with his wider network of trade contacts, they would be welcomed back with a knowledge and certainty that a cracking and professional job would be done. There are a lot of decent companies & skilled individuals in the industry, but you wouldn't do yourself any harm in contacting Finesse Joinery if you need any works doing. Turned up when expected. Excellent communication in the lead up to the job and throughout. I was very pleased with attention to detail and preciseness of workmanship. Fitted marble fireplace, trimmed several doors and fitted a mirror. All exactly as I had requested. Very pleased. Scott is one of the few workmen I have hired recently who has taken pride and ensured everything was done exactly as required. I will use in future. Professional, polite, very reasonable price for the job.

Ben did an excellent job in our kitchen, installing new sink and taps as well as fitting oak worktops. His communication skills were excellent throughout the job, and he offered some very useful and practical advice on aspects of the work. Great timekeeping, he arrived early on the day of the work and informed us by early afternoon that the job was complete. We were very impressed by Ben's high standard of work as well as his professional and friendly approach, and would highly recommend him. We will definitely hire Ben in the future for any other joinery work
