He carried out the work of repointing the bricks and installing covers on vented bricks to a good standard. He also helped with waterproofing a wall which was not discussed before. He tidied up a few bricks outside the discussed work at no charge. Overall his charges are reasonable and I found him adaptable and cooperative to deal with.
