George is very friendly and knowledgeable and always tries to find ways to save money whilst always doing an excellent job. He works hard and shows up when he says he’s going to, unlike our old builders! Adam then got on with the service and finished about 40 min later. When he was about to go Adam pointed out 2 things I need to have done on next service. If Adam is fee next year I will ask him back. Was able to come to the house within 24 hours of requesting the job, and when he realised a part needed replacing on the shower he went above and beyond to come back quickly and fit the new part, and wouldn’t take payment until the replacement was made.
