  I'm so glad I chose LEP Construction. I had been worried about finding a reliable trustworthy company to build my extension - a big project that has made my home work better for me. Lou was easy to work with, minimised disruption during the building works and discussed any aspects which needed changing or were not fully detailed on the architects plans.   John did tanking of a room, built a garden wall and gutters as well as chimney releading and a few other bits. His prices were comparable with other quotes. He hired the right people to do the jobs that were more specialist. They all look good.

  Finlay did work to a high standard and quality. However, he was repeatedly unable to meet agreed timelines and was much slower than other contractors to complete the work. The project also ended up costing much more than originally quoted. We ended up having to terminate our contract and finish the project with other contractors. This was disappointing as Finlay is a lovely guy.
