Rating: 4 out of 5 454 reviewsGet in touchWe asked MSW to install 4 exterior lights. They had to be called back because some screws were inserted incorrectly and looked awful. Second time of asking Matthew chose to mastic around the poor screw work instead of screwing it in flush and correctly. I mentioned we had a bathroom fan inside and please could he check the voltage so to determine if there was any electric going into the fan or whether the wiring was perhaps faulty. That's all. Matthew decided he wanted to go into the loft and did something, came back down, fan still not working, mentioned asbestos (which we have had checked and there is none), mentioned the wiring for fan was not great but did not correct it. And went on to charge us an additional £60 to £65. Did not ask him to do anything apart from check if any electric was going into the fan. Had he changed the fan (i had a spare one) then fair enough. Mentioned asbestos and left.
