John and Roland did a very good job on our cloakroom refurb. The tiling was of excellent quality and everything was finished neatly. The few leak problems that did develop, John came to the rescue very quickly and fixed it promptly. I can highly recommend Ultimate Property Maintenance. Overall we are very happy with the finished product.

Ubaid completed work overall within budget and time. Any issues were discussed. He sent regular updates and photos and was calm and customer orientated. There were a few loose ends which seemed to drag on a bit and a few finishes/ issues which were not as good as I would have liked. Ubaid sought to rectify these. He recognised when things were not done as well as possible and reflected this in the final bill. Overall I found Ubaid to be pleasant and helpful. I would consider him again to quote for work.

Keshav was super friendly and helpful and gave me a few options of how to install the shower panel. he eventually worked out a way to save the tiles from being scratched/ spoiled and even the plaster board on the reverse wall. He also recommended a way to save money which is always nice. All in all he knew what he was doing and actually did a fabulous job and I highly recommend and I'll use him again in future.
