Ili was an absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end. His communication was great throughout, always very responsive and happy to answer any questions we had. Ili happily accommodated our requests, and completed the work to an excellent standard. We love our new bathrooms! He and the team were very considerate, keeping noise and disruption to a minimum and tidying and vacuuming up at the end of each day. When the delivery of some of our tiles was delayed Ili was really flexible and accommodated the delay without issue. This made the work as stress-free as possible for us, which was very much appreciated. All in all, a fantastic experience and I would recommend Ili to anyone without hesitation. Thank you!

I knew that converting a downstairs cloakroom and an understairs cupboard into a downstairs cloakroom with a shower unit might be asking the impossible, but Kerry achieved it. Not only that, the outcome exceeded our expectations. Where possible, Kerry used existing fittings, e.g toilet; overcoming the difficulties of working in a confined space with cheerfulness. We now have a comfortable shower/cloakroom, plus some storage space.

Had a great experience with Matthew, he decommissioned an older bathroom, and installed a new bathroom in its place. Completing all the plumbing and also installing wall panels and new flooring. Matthew was very professional, great communicating every step of the process and asking what I wanted, which was needed as it was for a rental property. He was also very neat and tidy.
