I have been fitting kitchens for around 10 years now and also been doing a lot of building work which has been for around 6 years now. Included in this, I am able to do wall and floor tiling, laying wood flooring, painting and carpentry work. I am also able to complete decking and patio projects.

Jamie and his team have done a wonderful job transforming the upstairs of my house. They work hard and are very easy and pleasant to deal with - happily accommodating my indecision and any changes I wanted. The quality of the work is very high. In fact I am so pleased with them I have asked them to sort out downstairs next - new kitchen, wet room and tidying up the other rooms.

Simon was initially polite and communicative, and his team worked hard. However, the final quality was unacceptable. Multiple slabs were wobbling, several were poorly cut (one even had a visible cut line), and many sections were not level. Most shockingly, the grouting was missing across sections of patio. When I refused final payment until these issues were fixed, Simon’s tone changed completely. He returned to address the snags but offered mostly excuses; only two minor issues were resolved before he left. Ultimately, I had to deduct the cost of repairs from the final bill to fix the work myself. I have the necessary equipment, but I shouldn't have had to use it. I see many positive reviews here, so perhaps I was sent the "B-team," but based on this experience, I cannot recommend them. Check your slabs and levels carefully if you hire this firm.

Aran was accommodating and fitted in to our arrangements in terms of dates and this worked well. He is enthusiastic and very personable as is his father, who assisted on the job. Mark Eagle and his team were a delight to work with, always positive and helpful, guiding me through a complete renovation project. i was not in the country for much of the time, but Mark kept in touch with me very efficiently and always replied immediately to my queries. When I did visit the house I found his team polite, with his foreman Brian always happy to explain what was happening. They kept the site as tidy as possible throughout. The renovation was to a good standard, my only reservation was that towards the end of the project the foreman moved to another job which meant that a few things were left in a rather unsatisfactory state and, as I was not there myself to check, these had to be rectified once I had moved in. Mark was however quick to make sure the problems were sorted once they were pointed out.

Lee worked closely with us, to help us stay within our budget. He helped us design and plan our new kitchen. The internal wall of our kitchen was removed giving us a more open plan kitchen diner. The tiling, plumbing, plastering and electric were carried out to a high standard and when the windows and doors were late, Lee and the team worked around this to deliver us a perfect kitchen. We are very pleased with the result and will definitely use Lee and the team when planning any future projects.
