Professional, friendly, trustworthy and approachable at all times !! A total refurb of our property wasn’t going to be a walk in the park, and battling through a mine field of potential tradespeople was no easy task. Phil came way out on top for his costing, reliability and attention to detail for the complete refurb of our bathroom, keeping me well informed and updated throughout every step of the process. Our previous bathroom had been fitted by, lets say, those guys who wear big hats and ride horses, and had created numerous challenges for Phil to rectify before he was able to proceed with the job. However, Phil achieved this without question or quibble !! I am so blown away with the completion of my bathroom, it’s stunning and everything I had envisioned it would be. Phil has agreed to return and do more work for us, and there is no other tradesman I would welcome more. Phil states in his profile that he is a perfectionist - I can verify this without a doubt !! A huge “thank you” Phil for a job perfectly done !! By the way - he likes chocolate biscuits !!

Good communication with Terry throughout process who gave us some pointers with regards to supplier and design ideas. Andy and Wayne did an excellent job. Work completed within timescale given. However, last day was rushed as they had fallen behind schedule due to sickness and floor tiler not showing up on one of the days. Having said that, the completed work was of a high standard and the bathrooms were unrecognizable from 2 weeks previous . After work was completed we noticed a flaw in one of the floor tiles. Terry returned at a later date to change the tile. Nothing was too much trouble. If you are thinking of a new bathroom, give these guys a try. You won't be disappointed.

Billy was very professional from beginning till the end. I can easily say that he is very punctuate and hard-working. He not only completed the job I posted here but also helped me a lot to fix other works at home that are needed to be done including a perfect decking in the backyard, helping me finding the right guy to move the radiator panels, fixing doors and fixtures. You can definitely trust Billy and his team and their work. I feel very lucky that I found him otherwise I probably wouldn't be able to get that many jobs done with such ease on my own. If you’re looking for a plumber or bathroom fitter, you really need to speak to Jay at CC Plumbing. He fitted a downstairs toilet for me, including the stud wall, plastering, painting, radiator, plumbing and outside drainage. The work was done to a VERY high standard, the price was fair, and the finished room looks brilliant. Jay turns up when he says he will, gets on with the job, gives great advice and ideas, and actually cares about getting it right, which already puts him ahead of 99% of the tradesmen in Britain.
