Excellent job from start to finish. Both Steve the planner and Mike the fitter were very professional and worked very hard to produce a beautiful en suite bathroom. The tiling work is excellent. Would certainly recommend the company.

Neil is a great guy and his team are all really nice. It was a pleasure having them around - very courteous, friendly and tidy. He agreed to finish off what another plumber had started, whereas other guys had refused to do so. And me & my daughter never felt uncomfortable with them here. One thing I will do next time I use Neil is to set aside a bit extra money as a contingency because he does cost less than others but I’d say it’s better to offer more money if issues crop up as then him & his team are out of pocket or they are rushing to get off the job. Very professional, started when he said he will and finished when he said he will. Built 2 separate bathrooms from scratch from one small room and the job finishing was top notch. Ste and Will responded quickly to request. Rang and visited house when said they would. Kept in contact for quote and any amendments we asked for after initial quote. Arrived as agreed to start job snd were very aware of respect of our property and removed any rubbish same day and thorough cleaned areas too. Joey and Jack attended to follow up from home emergency recommendation of removing some bathroom facilities and tiles and a re-do.
