Very pleased with the installation of a new shower, toilet and basin which turned what was a truly awful wet room into a very nice little bathroom. Great communication and negotiation around price which was mainly done over the phone and by text as the house is not our permanent home. The only bit I am disappointed with is the join between the new plaster and ceiling which I will need to fill in places before decorating but overall, a great job and I would highly recommend them.

Elliott and Jake were professional, friendly and wonderfully efficient. Elliott gave a rough estimate from outline drawings then a detailed quote from detailed drawings. They then built to that quote, explaining any variations with us and confirming the cost before progressing and keeping us informed at every stage. They worked quickly, cleanly and to a very high standard, with the minimum disruption to us. We would recommend them to anyone.

Wanted to share my experience with a bathroom upgrade. My husband and I recommend Stanley Plumbing and heating. They were professional,pleasant,Tidy and informative of all work being done . Ideas were brought forward and greatly appreciated and taken on board . Our bath was removed and replaced with a shower. New toilet and sink fitted . Flooring and cladding on walls put up . Simon did a great job of pulling up an existing wood floor in our living that was very stubborn to get up and getting the floor area in a suitable state where luxury vinyl flooring could be installed. He also fitted new skirting boards and did some painting for us in the room. Simon was very friendly and professional and gave us some really helpful advice all throughout. I would be very happy to use his services again.

We were pleased with the bathroom but Andy let himself down by not coming back as promised to plumb the towel rail in once we’d had the room plastered. We took him at his word that he’d come back so paid him in full. He had seemed very honest but after the initial few msgs and excuses he started ignoring our msgs. Shame as would have had him back to do other stuff. We had to pay someone £150 to fit the radiator as we couldn’t wait any longer with the cold weather
