If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Lee, Charlie and their extended network of trades provided an exemplary service, with both Lee and Charlie managing everything. We asked them to quote on a fairly extensive project to refurb an entire 4 bed property, including kitchen, 3 bathrooms, changing the house layout and new level access garden patio. They did everything including brand new electrics and plumbing and redecorated the whole house. The initial quote was detailed, accurate and reasonable. What we were quoted was what we paid and they delivered in time. If anything Lee and Charlie were gently chasing us to make decisions to get the build done on time. No other builder came close, in fact most other builders came across as unreliable and opaque. Icing on the cake was VAT free on accessible parts of the build. What a team... Arrived on time and placed dust sheets up stairs and place of work. Had to remove old multi sink and toilet and replace with separate sink and toilet. From the start there was problems caused by the fitters of the old system. The quality of work to replace sink and toilet was very Professional, even moving Toilet to a better position. Very competitive price, and would recommend to anyone who wants a professional, friendly job done. Property left clean and tidy on leaving. Paul and John are the dream team. They've transformed our en suite and shower room. It's taken a lot longer than we anticipated, but they've been cheerful throughout, and dealt with any chopping and changing (from me) with good humour. They're back in a few weeks to install our kitchen worktop and new sink. Thanks guys.

I'm really happy with the work that Paul has done. The job involved separating a large bathroom into two smaller rooms: a bathroom and a study. I'm really happy with the result. The now small bathroom is not only functional but also modern and stylish and the study is just about the right size for the home office that I needed. What I really like about Paul is the way he is encouraging but is also able to manage my expectations, i.e. be realistic about what I could do with the space. He also appeared to treat my project and my home with the same care that he would were it his own project and home. Was very pleased that Antony and Simon responded to my request for fitting laminate flooring to complete a recently redecorated downstairs toilet. They came to me (in Sidmouth) mid-Saturday afternoon having finished a job in Exeter. They did an excellent and thorough job at a very keen price which I was happy to augment as they had done such excellent work. They are very well turned out, and clearly knowledgeable and very approachable. On the basis of the work they did for us, I would have no hesitation in recommending ASK.
