I had 10 years experience working with a large building and maintenance company called ACS building and maintenance where I was trained on site as a multi skimmed tradesman. I have also now had over 10 years working as a self employed builder. We are based in Exeter and cover the south west area.

The job was completed efficiently in a day despite challenges left by a previous plumber. It had not been touched for 35 years so he also painted the ceiling and woodwork. He removed the tongue in groove wood panelling and laminate flooring. The bathroom has had the bath and old suite removed and this has been replaced with a huge non-slip walk-in shower with a folding shower seat, sink and comfort height WC. The walls are now fitted with shower panels. The floor now has cushioned non slip tiles. Paul fitted the new towel rails, shelf and cabinet I had bought and replaced my safety grab bar. Paul kept the house tidy, vacuuming up every day before he left. I found Paul's labour charges to be very reasonable. Paul's attention to detail has resulted in an excellent finish and I am thrilled with the results. I will be a lot safer in my bathroom now.Latest review:Bathroom Fitting-

It's taken a lot longer than we anticipated, but they've been cheerful throughout, and dealt with any chopping and changing (from me) with good humour. Get in touchGave us the bathroom of our dreams and then left us with a leak and has disappeared. He finished the work, we paid in full, and then we found we have a hot water leak a few days later. He said he would come over and see what's gone wrong, and has since disappeared. We can't get in touch with him in any way, all calls, texts and emails are being ignored. We feel it's a really sad situation, as he was such a nice guy and we don't understand why he's left us having to sort out this mess. He worked really well with us, and the bathroom is a good standard. But now we've been left with a soggy laminate floor where the water has spread and the possibility of having to dig up our fresh new bathroom floor to find the leak. And sadly no response from Lloyd.

His quote was very fair and reasonable, so we asked him to do the work. His work was again to a very high standard. Mat refuses to fix these faults, will not answer his phone or email. No appliance instructions left or guarantees. Electrical work carried out no guarantee or certificate.
