This was work in preparation for an air source heat pump - installing a brand new designer radiator and pipework and changing a towel rail - all in a porcelain tiled bathroom. He's a gas fitter but understands heat pumps which was a real bonus. He did a great job, was reliable when I had a tight deadline and friendly. He communicates well. He came back for a few bits a day after and fitted in comfortably with my heat pump team.
