Made mistakes, one of which led to a major flood, with water streaming into the flat downstairs while the neighbours were asleep, and pouring out into my bedroom and hallway, where new wooden flooring had recently been laid. Most of the issues were eventually rectified. However, despite multiple calls/texts/emails which have been ignored by Rob and his assistant, and a refusal to make an insurance claim to avoid an increase in premiums, the mistakes have left ME having to foot the bill for a new bedroom carpet and underlay; the replacement of which had been promised by Rob after the flood on 28th December 2024, which made it essential to remove part of the existing carpet. Removal of old bathroom furniture and install new bath, toilet, sink and towel radiator. Craig carried out a great installation, timescales agreed over two visits and stuck to - happy to discuss install plan and provide helpful advice. Great job and would definitely use Craig again. Mark and adam started the job well. Covered all floor covering. Unfortunately left the bathroom floor uneven with some of the planks of laminate protruding. This will need to be lifted and redone by someone else. Also the cabinet which I asked for to be built doesn’t match the rest of the bathroom furniture and looks like a cheap shop bought one which isn’t built properly. (Shelves fell out ). Craig, Ryan and Simon did an amazing job renovating our bathroom. We were instantly put at ease when Craig said “he was looking forward to this job”. We were equally pleased with the level of time, patience and consideration that was made to achieve the final result. Craig gave us suggestions and consulted with us throughout the renovation. He also adapted to changes that we requested. The beauty of CT installations is that they can do all the work-tiling/joinery/plumbing We would have no hesitation in recommending Craig and his team. Greaham has been incredible. Professional, friendly and talented. He installed a bathroom and an hose tap for us and was a total professional. The bathroom looks amazing. And he also took the time to talk us through aftercare and maintenance. He’s also a friendly guy, I work nights and he was conscientious with the work. Loud drilling and such was left til I was awake. Which was unasked for but very very appreciated. If you’re needing work done do not hesitate. Job - Full main bathroom changing to shower room. I recomend Ian from Purple Bathrooms/PD Distributions & the two fitters who performed the work on his behalf. Job went well the fitters arrived as expected and worked efficiently and completed the full job in 3 days as disscussed and they always left us a working toilet to use at the end of each day & completed extra requests when these were made during the job. Payments were an initial deposit then a payment when materials arrived with the fitters on day 1 then a final payment upon completion of job. I would use this company again and I am happy to recommend them fully.
