Anthony was booked in for Monday, but as he had a cancellation this morning he telephoned to see if he could come today (Friday) - which was great. One of the jobs was fairly straightforward, but the other was far more 'fiddly'. Anthony identified the problem, fixed it and replaced the old switches at the top and bottom of the stairs - at no extra cost. He cleaned up after himself and left us with clean walls and switches. Had 3 socket fitted into the wall for a tv above the fire place. At first look it looked like a easy job to do. But that was not the case as Neil found out. But Neil soon sorted the issue out with no problems at all. And completed the job to a top Notch Finish. 10/10. Such a great experience with Hayes electrical From meeting Craig to get a quotation , polite on time , going over what I wanted done to some things Craig suggested. On day of job turned up on time and that’s when I met he’s mate Scott , nice friendly bloke After clearing things out of road .I bailed out and left them to it, on workmanship couldn’t fault anything, bear in mind the guys were up against it as for doing my rewire they had to contend with doing job without my laminate flooring getting lifted , so they guys were able to accommodate me by going up the way , a couple of holes contained in 1 room which I was expecting , but they manage to do rest without holes in rooms. Which was quite impressive.as they were going along and when they finished the guys cleaned everything up. Would I recommend these guys without hesitation , from start to finish no problems , friendly blokes . 5 star service. Excellent electrician. Although very small job Charles offered excellent advice to replace external halogen lights with led more cost effective. No pressure no hard sell. Single woman having security problems. Provided very good price to replace and install. Arranged installation to suit me. Came as requested provided quick efficient installation. Tidied up everthing after job. Offered to return no problem if pir not adequate. Will definitely use again for any electrical problems and highly recommend to anyone.
