Craig came to see what needed to be done ahead of the agreed date. He then came on time, got everything done in 1 morning and came back the day after to do the grouting. He was very professional, approachable and delivered and High-quality piece of work. We were concerned as the floor was not leveled due to the house settlement, but the result is amazing. Will definitely use Craig in the future if we need his help.
